By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to all of our policies and Terms of Use. 

Refunds and Returns:

Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. Absolutely no refunds will be given based on scent or flavor (in the case of lip balms).

The scent and flavor descriptions we provide are based solely on the manufacturer's given description. Every nose is different and scents will be perceived differently by different people. Unfragranced products do not mean they do not have a scent. The scent of unfragranced products comes from the ingredients used to make the product. "Unfragranced" simply means we did not add additional fragrance (fragrance oil or essential oil) to the product.

Occasionally soaps will absorb a small amount of fragrance from soaps they are next to on the curing rack. This should fade or disappear after a few uses.

Our product recipes are proprietary information and will not be shared, so please don't ask. All of the ingredients we use are listed on the ingredient label on the product and on our website in the product description. If you would like the full list of every ingredient we use in all of our products, please send us an email via the "contact" section of our site.

As a consumer, it is your responsibility to make sure you read the ingredients list of the products you are purchasing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you, whomever you are buying our products for, or whoever may come into contact with the products you have purchased from us are not allergic to the ingredients we use. Because we list every ingredient of every product both on the website as well as on the product itself, we will not be held responsible for any adverse or allergic reactions. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to release Voodoo Doll Soapworks from any liability for injuries suffered do to allergic reactions.

Because each product is handmade, the scent and design will vary slightly from batch to batch and product to product. This is the beauty of handmade. Though we try our best to be accommodating, we cannot guarantee you will receive the exact bar of soap pictured on the website, but you WILL receive a bar from the same batch as the pictured item.

Our recipes are formulated to work for our skin type (dry/sensitive) in our climate (dry/desert). The results you get from our products will vary depending on your skin, your climate and various other factors.

Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted. Personal care products, even unopened, cannot ethically be resold to another customer once they have been out of our supervision.

Payment Methods:

At this time, we only accept PayPal. 

A sales tax of 6.85% will be added to all orders with a NEVADA shipping address.

Shipping and Handling:

At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America through this site. We are currently researching the best international shipping rates, so please check back periodically (or follow any of our social media sites) for updates about our international shipping policy.

Private Etsy listings for international customers can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping for all U.S. orders (48 contiguous) in either padded envelope or USPS Flat Rate box. Any overages charged for shipping that exceed $1.00 will be refunded via PayPal.

Any additional insurance or special services MUST be requested at the time you place your order. Please do so in the "Notes" section at checkout. Any additional insurance, special service fees, etc. will be charged to the customer. Any import/customs fees must be paid by the customer. If no additional insurance/special services are requested, the customer acknowledges and accepts any and all risks of loss or damage. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after they have left our facility.

Due to state and county licensing regulations, local pick-up is not possible at this time.  

We do not charge handling fees. You only pay for the cost of shipping. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel any unshipped order, for any reason.

Wholesale and Private Label Orders:

Wholesale orders will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.

At this time, we are not accepting private label orders. 

If we are unable to help you with a wholesale or private label order, we will be happy to put you in touch with a fantastic soap maker who can.

Custom Orders:

At this time, custom orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to inquire about a custom order, please click the "Contact" tab at the very top of the page.

Pre-Orders and Reservations:

At this time, we do not accept pre-orders or reservations for any of our products. Our products are not for sale until they are listed on our site as "available". Once listed on our site they are first come, first served.

Privacy Policy:

Any and all personal information we receive from our customers will be kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be released or sold to third parties for solicitation purposes.

Information within this site is for educational purposes only. Neither our products, nor statements on this site have been evaluated by the FDA. We make absolutely NO medical, healing or curative claims about any of our products.
